Chesapeake Crab Quiche Recipe

Chesapeake Crab Quiche (serves 6)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise


2 tablespoons flour


2 eggs, beaten


1/2 cup milk


1 2/3 cup claw crabmeat


1/3 cup diced onions


8 ounces grated Swiss cheese


9 inch pie crust



Instructions:

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk and mix until blended. Stir in crabmeat, onions and cheese. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 350 F. until set, approximately 40-45 minutes.
