Shipping Information
Please read the following information, you will be asked to acknowledge that you have read this information during checkout and understand our shipping procedures and policies.
At Graham & Rollins we currently are shipping our seafood on Mondays through Thursday. However, we recommend delivery as early in the week as possible to avoid delayed packages. When shipping for a Friday delivery date we highly encourage using Next Day Air.
All orders with TUESDAY delivery dates are shipped on Monday - This requires all shipping to be Next Day Air. Please be mindful when selecting a Tuesday delivery, selecting a Wednesday or Thursday may allow for more shipping options.
Orders are only shipped to the specification of the DELIVERY DATE selected by the customer. Please choose your delivery date carefully. All payment is collected when the order is placed.
Customers will only receive a tracking number the day their order is packed and ships.
We ship via UPS and offer the following services:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Ground 1 Day Transit. In the map below this would be the are marked in yellow. Last Day to Ship would be Wednesday. UPS Ground 2 Day Transit. In the map below this would be the are marked in brown. Last Day to Ship would be Tuesday.
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Order Cut-off times:
Order Cut-off time for same day shipping is 12:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed after that time will ship the next possible shipping business day. This means that orders placed after cut-off on Thursday will not ship until Monday.
Planning for your seafood delivery from UPS and Graham & Rollins
Always plan ahead for your seafood delivery. Never plan for your seafood to arrive on the day of an event, instead plan a day or two ahead of your seafood needs. With proper refrigeration and freezing you can hold any of our products until planned consumption. Having your shipment arrive the day of your needs allows zero tolerance for our team to make corrections.
Warm Weather Shipping
All shipments will include dry ice during the summer. Fresh products may freeze in transit when dry ice is used.
Utilizing UPS
In the event that the product is not delivered there is nothing we can do to help. Please have all UPS Ground deliveries arrive Tues – Thursday.
If you require a Friday delivery, please use Next Day Air. We do not recommend Friday delivery, as delayed packages will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Packaging
Products are packaged and shipped in 2 piece Styrofoam coolers that are 1.5 inches thick. We pack our products with care using frozen gel packs and/or dry ice, and void fill to prevent internal damage.
If you are ordering fresh and frozen products in the same order, your fresh products are likely to freeze during shipment. To avoid this, place separate orders with separate shipping.
Customer Service is only available Mon - Friday 9 am ET to 3 pm ET.
Graham & Rollins, Inc shipping is separate from The Hampton Seafood Market & Restaurant. Employees located at the Seafood Market do not reply to emails, can not access online orders, and are unable to address order questions by phone. Please do not contact the Seafood Market for questions regarding online orders.
There are no returns or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped. There are no refunds on packages that are a result of customer error, please double check the delivery date before your proceed to check out. Graham & Rollins is not responsible for delays in transit, weather conditions, mechanical failures, strikes, natural disasters, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information.
