Blue Crab - Crab Roe, harvested in our picking house and flash frozen in conveniently sized 1lb pouches. 
After harvesting the roe, it's then cleaned of meat and shell and the vacuum sealed to lock in freshness.  
This product is shipped frozen.

Pros:
— fast, accurate delivery

Cons:
— texture was very unappetizing. Very gritty as though there was sand or shells mixed into the crab roe. Uncertain if this texture contributed but the taste/flavor was off as well.

Very fishy

This looked more like claw meat than roe. It was very fishy tasting and required a lot of doctoring with cream to make she crab soup.
