We use the same Classic Crab Cakes recipe, made using our freshest Lump blue crab meat and incorporate large cold water lobster meat to create our Graham & Rollins Lobster Crab Cake.
Each Lobster Crab Cake is vacuum sealed individually, then placed in our cryogenic freezer that reaches temperatures of -80 degrees, locking in the perfectly sweet flavor combination of crab and lobster.
This item can be safely stored in the freezer for up to one year.
