During hot weather, we always recommend choosing next day or 2 day air to help insure your product arrives safely.
Please avoid Friday delivery unless using NEXT DAY AIR, products delayed in transit with a Friday delivery will not arrive until Monday.
PLEASE NOTE : If you order both fresh and frozen in the same purchase, it will be shipped with dry ice. This will result in the product freezing in transit.

Fresh crab meat is a ready to eat product.
Fresh & Pasteurized crab meat is a ready to eat product
and can be cooked many ways.

Expiration

Fresh Crab Meat will have a stamped expiration date on the bottom of the container. Fresh picked crab meat has a 10 shelf life when properly stored and refrigerated.

Storage

Must remain refrigerated. Keep crab meat between 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) in the coldest part of your fridge (usually the bottom shelf. Fresh crab meat has a shelf life of 10 days from packaging. It is recommended to use product with 3 days once opened.
