Birthday Gift

I sent my sister and brother in law who live in Columbus Ohio as a gift. They really enjoyed the crabcakes as they do not get good blue crab there. They came frozen and timely. Did not realize they would be frozen but I guess difficult to deliver fresh? I know you ship backfin and other products, are they all frozen? Otherwise 5 star. Would purchase again.
