4 oz Classic Crab Cakes
These crabcakes do not have much filler. The crab inside is abundant and tasty too! We will always purchase Graham and Rollins crab cakes, and most importantly they have been around since early 1940s. They certainly perfected this product and continue to maintain its scrumptious memory on my palate! Yum!
With the chunks of crab on top of each cake, it was obvious these crab cakes were not the kind you would find in the frozen food section of your grocery store. The taste was decent, but I would have preferred it had less Old Bay type of taste and less salty. Perhaps some citrus/zest might be a good addition.
We continue to order these crab cakes. They are truly full of crab meat chucks and so darn delicious!! 😏

I've been ordering the Classic Crab Cakes for several years even though I live on the water at the Jersey Shore. Why?...Because they're the best I've ever tasted and the quality in terms of my three deal breakers is outstanding: compared to the average, the proportion of lump crab is very high; seasoning is mild (doesn't contain conspicuous celery or onion seasoning), and the number of shells is minimal to none.
An added bonus is that their customer service also exceeds expectations.
