2 pieces of bread, diced lime

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 large egg perforated

1/4 teaspoon salt

dash of paprika

dash of nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon minced parsley

1 lb. Backfin / lump crab meat


Beat egg white stiff and fold into all other ingredients ~ make into cakes and refrigerate if necessary - Brush heavy skillet with butter, add crab cakes and cook over medium heat turning once or twice - Cook until brown or both sides are heated through. Enjoy!
