Unfortunately from time to time, items may arrive damaged, or spoiled because of a delay in the shipping process. We understand this is frustrating and we want to work with our customers to help them resolve these issues as best we can.
However, it's important to note that we will require a photograph of the packaging and damaged item in their original packed state prior to discarding the items.
This will also help facilitate any claims that need to be filed with UPS, our shipping partner.

Without this information we may not be able to honor any requests for a refund.
