Damaged or delayed delivery

Unfortunately from time to time, items may arrive damaged, or spoiled because of a delay in the shipping process. 
We understand this is frustrating and we want to work with our customers to help them resolve these issues as best we can.

Please start the claim process here, with UPS, once the package has arrived. 


It's important to note that we will require a photograph of the packaging and damaged item in their original packed state prior to discarding the items. 


This will also help facilitate any claims that need to be filed with UPS, our shipping partner. 

Photographs need to be emailed, please include your order number, name on the order, and phone number for contact. info@grahamandrollins.com.

Without this information we may not be able to honor any requests for a refund.

Due to Covid19 related delays with UPS, package delivery times are not guaranteed.

Wile all shipping options are available again, please understand that we still recommend UPS Next Day or 2 Day Air over Ground Shipping.
Graham & Rollins will not be responsible for packages that are delayed in transit. 
Please refer to our Shipping page for available shipping days and information.

If you choose a delivery date that does not correspond to our shipping schedule your package will be delayed and may not arrive as you requested.
