Tantalizingly fresh from the Atlantic Ocean, these large sea scallops are a high protein, low fat option for any meal. Our scallops are DRY, meaning they're natural and free from any artificial additives. Real scallops have a vanilla hue and have an uneven shape.
Without additives, they won't shrink significantly when cooked! Indulge in these sweet and tender morsels today!

Jumbo Scallops are U-10, meaning there will be about 10 Scallops per pound.

All fresh items are subject to availability & may not ship out until later in the week.

To ensure adequate refrigeration during shipping in the summer months; we are adding dry ice sprinkles to the coolers. If the product arrives frozen or partially frozen it can be immediately thawed and the fresh quality will not be jeopardized. These products have not been frozen prior to shipment. If you are ordering frozen and fresh products, we recommend placing 2 separate orders, otherwise fresh products will arrive completely frozen.

Storage & Inspection

Storage: Fresh & Frozen Scallops will arrive packed on frozen gel packs. Fresh Scallops should be immediately placed on the coldest part of your refrigerator. Frozen Scallops should be placed in the
freezer; unless you plan to consume them within 24 hours; you can begin thawing them in the refrigerator.

Inspection: Fresh Scallops are shipped in plastic containers. Fresh Scallops can have a bit of Sea odor upon opening, Open and remove from container to let the scallop’s breath and this will dissipate. Rinse container and return scallops if desired. A freezer quality (heavier mil) seal tight bag is a great alternative storage package.

Preparation & Consumption

It is recommended that scallops be rinsed in
ICE cold water and drained before cooking.

Expiration

Fresh Scallops have a 5 day refrigerated shelf life upon receipt. Fresh Frozen Scallops do not have a expiration
date, but should be consumed within 180 days of purchase.

JUMBO SEA SCALLOPS TASTE LIKE THEY WERE JUST PLUCKED FROM THE SEA!

These scallops are so fresh, plump, and tasty that I ordered them twice. They arrived cold shipped on the day Graham & Rollins scheduled them to ship, and I was so eager to get them that I sauteed some as an appetizer that same night. I recommend you consider your next scallop purchase be from G & R.

Great deal

We added the jumbo scallops to our Valentine's day order. They were indeed jumbo size, and cooked up fabulously with a nice lobster sauce. Weather issues held up our original delivery date, but Jami kept us informed of new delivery date and everything arrived in perfect condition as usual. This place really does it right.

Very disappointed. Less than half of the order was usable. The rest consisted of only pieces of scallops.
