Handcrafted in Hampton, Virginia, each crab cake is packed with sweet lump crab meat and lightly seasoned allowing the flavor of the crab to shine through. Stuffed with 77% crab meat - lump, jumbo lump, and claw - we aren't burying what made us famous.  Our crab cakes are made with Atlantic blue crabs harvested from the Atlantic Watershed, Callinectes sapidus - the "beautiful swimmer" and a true regional icon.
