Pasteurized Crab Meat will be packed in a 2 piece styro-foam cooler with frozen gel packs.

We ship via UPS with service offering of Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & UPS Ground for 1 day and 2 day (weather permitting) transit times.

Storage & Inspection

Storage: Pasteurized crab meat will arrive packed on frozen gel packs. Place in your refrigerator immediately upon receipt.

Inspection: Pasteurized Fresh Crab Meat will be packed in plastic containers with tamper proof lid.

Preparation & Consumption

Pasteurized Crab Meat should always be refrigerated.

Once opened pasteurized crab meat should be consumed within 48 hours. Pasteurized Crab Meat is a ready to eat product and can be cooked many ways.

Expiration

Pasteurized Lump Crab Meat will have a good through date on container. Pasteurized Crab Meat will have up to a 9 month expiration date on the container.
