The salmon burgers made a great baked dip. I added a block of cream cheese and some mayo to 5 thawed/chopped burgers and baked at 350 until bubbling and crusty. It was easy and delicious! Thanx, Deb Graner
Keep frozen. To thaw: remove from package and thaw under refrigeration. Keep refrigerated if thawed. Do not refreeze.Cooking Instructions:
Lightly coat cooking surface with your preference of oil. From frozen: Grill, broil, or pan-sear on medium-high flame approximately 4-7 minutes per side. Once thawed: Cook approximately 2-3 minutes per side. Fully cook to an internal temperature of 150 F. Cooking times may vary. Baking: Bake @350 F from frozen for 15-20 minutes. If Thawed, bake for 10-12 minutes.
