Opened these clams & ate them raw. no sauce, just perfect!!
Top Neck Clams - Fresh!
These clams were very tasty! Upon arrival I put them in the freezer until I needed to prepare. Thawing out was easy. In warm water for a minute and they opened right up. Breadcrumb,garlic,onion,pepper and oregano.Baked them for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Delish! Thanks Terry!
