Bought straight from the boat of Alaskan Crab fishermen to the processors, these clusters are cooked and glazed to seal in freshness. Each portion includes the legs, and lump portion of the body! These giant Alaska Snow crab legs are well known for their sweet succulent flavor and snowy white meat.
Frozen King Crab and Snow Crab legs are already fully cooked prior to freezing. Before preparing them, place in the refrigerator to thaw for 8 - 12 hours (or overnight).
To Steam: Bring 2 cups of water and 1 Tablespoon of water to a boil. Place your crab legs in a heat proof colander, steamer basket, or on a rack above water level and steam until hot.
To Bake: Preheat oven to 350 F. Place crab legs in a shallow baking dish and add 1/8 inch of hot water. Season as desired, you can add lemon slices or a seasoning salt. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 8-10 minutes.
