Our clams are freshly harvested from some of the best clam beds along Virginia’s Southern Chesapeake Bay. Top Neck clams are medium/large sized and are can be prepared many different ways.

These clams were very tasty! Upon arrival I put them in the freezer until I needed to prepare. Thawing out was easy. In warm water for a minute and they opened right up. Breadcrumb,garlic,onion,pepper and oregano.Baked them for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Delish! Thanks Terry!
