Gold Fingers


1 (12 ounce) container cocktail claws

1 cup pancake mix

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon seafood seasoning


Combine pancake mix, milk and seafood seasoning and stir until ingredients are moistened. Dip crab fingers into batter and deep fry at 375 F. until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve as they are or with tartar sauce. Makes 50-60 "Gold Fingers"
