Our normal shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for packages shipping by UPS ground shipping.  Since our products are perishable they should be received within 48 hours.  Some local packages can be shipped on Thursday. 

If you have chosen a Saturday deliver and 2nd day air, your package will ship on Thursday.

Saturday delivery with Next Day air can be shipped before 3 pm on Fridays. 

Since our products are perishable they must be guaranteed to be received within 48 hours of shipping.  Any customers outside of the 450 mile radius of our location can not be serviced with ground delivery.  For the most part, this will affect customers who live west of the Mississippi river. 

If you live within the 450 mile boundary and are still can not choose ground shipping check your delivery date.  

UPS will only deliver packages on Saturday that are next day or 2 day at a higher Saturday delivery date.  Ground shipping will not be an option if your delivery date is a Saturday. 

As long as the product remains cool to the touch and the center is still frozen you can safely put your crab cakes in the freezer. 

Sometimes the seal can get broken on the packaging while shipping.  This may result in air puffing up around the crab cake.  The product is safe to use.  However, we recommend using this product sooner to avoid freezer burn from occurring.  You can also open the package and tightly wrap the frozen crab cake. 

All of our frozen products can stay frozen for one year.  We do not recommend keeping products frozen for more than that time. This includes our crab cakes, bacon wrapped scallops, she crab soup, and crab dip.
